Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: We strive to process orders with the same efficiency and expediency we assist our clients in store. 
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, third party transport, and handling costs. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
GROUND SHIPPING $15 FLAT RATE
Order arrival in approximately 2-5 business days after shipping when ordered by 12:00 noon PST. Delivery times may be longer to the east coast.
2-3 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING - $30 FLAT RATE
Order arrival approximately 2-3 business days after shipping when ordered by 12:00 noon PST. Delivery times may be longer to the east coast.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING - $65 FLAT RATE
Order arrival next business day after shipping when ordered by 12:00 noon PST. Delivery times may be longer to the east coast.

Select store pick-up during checkout.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE:
All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags.
REGULAR PRICE MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Return within 10 days for refund to original form of payment. Exchange or store credit 11-21 days. No returns after 21 days.  
SALE PRICE MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Sale merchandise purchased at less than 50% off is eligible for exchange or store credit up to 3 days. Sale merchandise purchased at 50% off or more is not eligible for return or exchange. 
HOLIDAY GIFT PURCHASES:
Gifts purchased between Dec. 1st and 24th must be returned by Jan. 5th.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
Special Order Items: 20% restock charge for items not taken. 
CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS:
100% deposit at time of order. No refunds.
HOLIDAY RETURNS:
Return or exchange gifts purchased between Dec 1st and 24th by Jan. 5th.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel before it ships please phone 650.344.1460 or email, style@sammalouf.com with your order number, we will cancel the order for you.
RETURNING ONLINE MERCHANDISE IN STORE
Online purchases may be returned to 1460 Burlingame Ave, Burlingame, CA. Returned merchandise should include vendor packaging with all tags affixed and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Simply bring the packing slip and the merchandise to any sales associate. Credit will be given to the original form of payment.
